Refund policy

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Limited-edition drops

    • Accessories (stickers, pins, etc.)


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for size changes or defective items.

  • If your desired size is sold out, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at voidclothingreal@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
